![]() This happens regardless of if I import new photos in the few days. I can't use the computer until I force close lightroom and then open it again. It shows me the list of stuff running and lightroom shows up as using 50+GB of RAM. it is not used for any other tasks like general computing so I dont really have any other apps other than the browser.Įvery few days I get a warning (from mac os) that I am out of memory and that I should close a program. as mentioned earlier I only interact with this PC when editing photos. I leave lightroom running on the mac studio so that it can sync when there is new content. Later on I go to the mac studio it is ready for editing since it syncs with my cloud account. I also use lightroom cloud storage so my workflow is typically importing my photos on my ipad or iphone into lightroom mobile. ![]() This computer is pretty much dedicated to photo editing so i only use it for that. I have a mac studio with 64GB RAM and I use the desktop version of Lightroom.
